When do you pick-up? Typically we pick-up the following business day. If your event is Saturday we come back Monday unless arrangements are made to pick up Sunday. If you want it picked up the same night follwoing your event, we charge an additional fee. If you want it picked up the same day during business hours, just let us know in the notes at checkout.

Can I pay a 50% deposit instead of the full amount at checkout? Yes. Use code 50DOWN at checkout for a 50% deposit on the products selected. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to event date. This deposit is non-refundable 72 hours after checkout or within 3 weeks (21 days) of event date.

Can I pick-up my order? Due to an overwhelming demand for deliveries this year and staffing shortages, we are not offering customer pickup at this time.

Can I make changes to my order? Yes, please try and keep order reductions/increases small. There is also the chance increased orders are unavailable.

Apple Pay User? Please be careful when checking out. Sometimes apple pay autocorrects the shipping address if it is different from the billing address.

Do you offer delivery and pickup? Yes, price varies depending on location. If you order online you will be given options to select from based on your event address.

Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel my order? We offer 50% refunds up to 3 weeks prior to your event if the event is paid in full. There is no refund on 50% deposits unless it is within 3 days of checkout.

Do you offer night pickups? Yes, for an additional delivery fee. For example, if your delivery/pickup fee is $89 then your night pickup rate will be an additional $89 for a total of $178. Night pickup rates start after 5 pm. Please call to place order with a night pick-up.

Do you deliver a day early? Yes. We will provide guaranteed day early delivery based on availability. Please request day early delivery when you place your order. Customers will be notified asap if a day early delivery is unavailable.

Is your equipment in good condition? Yes! We work hard to maintain equipment we would want to use for our own events. We continue to buy new inventory and cycle out the old. Keep in mind that rental equipment does show signs of use. Please help out and clean any spills that happen during your event. Also, keep equipment off of dirt and tar and on clean surfaces as much as possible.

Do you price match? No. Prices from our competitors are cheaper for a reason. A lot goes into maintaining your equipment and being on time for your big event. Other companies might seem like a better deal, but cheaper is not always better, especially in this industry. Our prices are fair, our inventory is well kept and we know what it takes to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

Will you work on trade? Yes, we love doing trade. Please call to discuss. We bill for services like delivery and linen cleaning fees.
